Customer Experience Assistant

To ensure an efficient customer journey, the full-time Customer Experience Assistant will manage client interactions from advanced negotiations to initial billing while collaborating with various internal departments in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Track customer flow from negotiation to first billing Manage tickets and activities using corporate systems like Jira and CRM Facilitate communication between departments to remove obstacles and identify risks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree completed or in progress (preferred) Advanced knowledge of Office Suite/Excel, Jira, and CRM tools Experience with process management or project management Familiarity with SLAs and performance indicators Experience in internal customer service and operational oversight Virtual Vocations Inc
