Provider Data Analyst, Healthcare Claims & Records
Molina Healthcare of Illinois
Molina Healthcare is seeking a Provider Information Specialist in Arizona to ensure accurate maintenance of provider data across claims and databases, aligning with contracting, network management and credentialing requirements. You will load, validate, and audit provider records, coordinate updates from external sources, and support timely claims processing and directory accuracy.
