Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, BMA contributes directly to the company’s sustainable growth while serving as a development pipeline for future management leaders.Role SummaryThis role leads risk-based operational audits and advisory projects across the North America region. You will work hands-on with business units, stores, and supply chain teams to identify core issues, strengthen internal controls, and improve efficiency, profitability, and standardized operations. Projects are typically multi-month, on-site, and results are presented directly to senior leadership, including the Group CEO.Key Qualifications2–5 years of experience in business planning, corporate planning, accounting, auditing, or consultingStrong understanding of US auditing standards, internal controls, and financial/operational riskAbility to assess the business holistically and drive practical improvementsExcellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior managementInternal audit experience a plus*The duties could change depending on business needs.
