Successful Buy Here-Pay Here dealer is seeking a BILINGUAL Collections Account Manager

BASE $70,000/year plus up to $15,000 in Bonuses/yr! (based on exp/skill)

Earn from $70,000/yr to $85,000+/yr  (based on experience/skill)

Drive Now Acceptance ,  Superior Car Credit's in-house financing company, is seeking an experienced, energetic, dedicated  Bilingual Collections Account Manager  to join our collections team. We have openings in both our  E Dundee and Marengo, IL locations .

We Offer:

• Great Pay:  Base Pay of $70,000 with up to $15,000/yr in BONUSES  (based on exp/skill)
• Earnings potential of  up to $85,000+/yr (based on exp/skill)
• 5 Day, 40 Hour Work Week : Saturdays are REQUIRED until 3pm

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years Total Collections Experience  REQUIRED
• 1+ years experience in Auto Collections is REQUIRED
• Bilingual (SPANISH/ENGLISH)is  REQUIRED
• Subprime auto collections experience  PREFERRED
• Extensive knowledge of repossessions and impounds, skip tracing, & loan restructuring
• Creative problem-solver, someone who thinks outside the box, solutions-oriented, with the ability to help customers get back on track with payments
• Experience with initiating repossession when necessary
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Solid, consistent follow-up skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Clear, effective communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
