As a test engineer on our team, you’ll work with engineers to support the integration, testing, and assessment of radio and communications systems in laboratory and operational test environments. This role is for a hands-on engineer with solid RF experience, sound engineering judgment, and a strong grounding in waveform behavior, signal processing, and radio system performance. The work centers on evaluating communications system performance under complex RF conditions. You will help characterize waveform and data-link behavior, identify performance limits, work with test and measurement hardware and software, and analyze results to support clear technical findings and practical next steps. This role is for someone who is effective at the bench, credible in technical discussions, and comfortable moving between system integration, test execution, and performance analysis. It also fits an engineer who keeps current, can learn new analysis methods and tools without a lot of fanfare, and uses them when they improve the work.This is an opportunity to leverage your skills by testing radio and communications systems. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
