Location: Ronkonkoma, NY
MD365, an affiliate of Brookhaven Heart, is a multispecialty medical practice and is looking for a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide Primary Care Services at our Ronkonkoma location.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience
Base Salary is commensurate with skills and experience
