Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Family Practice Advance Practice Provider (APP) with Woodland Clinic Medical Group (Woodland Clinic), you'll join a physician-owned, physician-led group that treats a full spectrum of conditions. Located in a well-established clinic that serves a diverse community (agricultural workers, graduate students, retired university professors), this is a unique opportunity to provide compassionate care and develop individualized treatment plans within an integrated practice, collaborating closely with a robust network of healthcare professionals. Woodland Clinic offers a supportive, multi-specialty environment, perfect for a Family Medicine APP who desires a fullflling, outpatient practice.

You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop tailored treatment plans, and engage in collaborative care with specialists and behavioral health teams for your patients. You will enjoy the benefit of a single, dedicated clinic location with traditional Monday-Friday hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and no afterhours call, which fosters an excellent work-life balance. The practice has a strong referral base and the support of a multi-specialty provider network.

Eligible candidates will possess a minimum of three years' family medicine experience with demonstrated expertise in diagnosis and treatment planning. The incoming Family Medicine Medicine APP would be bilingual in Spanish, experienced at understanding integrated care models and fostering collaborative relationships with diverse healthcare professionals. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated APP who is eager to contribute to patient well-being. • Salary range: $177,840-$194,438

Job Requirements

Required:

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license

• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program

• Certified as an NP or PA by a national certifying body

• Minimum 3 years’ practice experience in Family or Internal Medicine

• Bilingual in Spanish

Pay Range

$177,840 - $194,438 /year
