Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $21.55 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, managing visitor check-in and check-out, issuing badges and/or credentials, and maintaining front desk records in accordance with site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, employees, guests, and/or first responders as needed.
• Answer phones, greet employees and visitors, provide directions and information, and report unusual activity, policy concerns, and/or security-related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Support a professional front desk presence within a location that may involve aerospace and defense-related operations, helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent screening, observation, and adherence to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
