What You'll Do

• Deliver warm, confident, and knowledgeable service in a high-volume, rooftop environment
• Guide guests through the menu with clarity and energy anticipating needs and making recommendations
• Ensure timing, flow, and communication are seamless between FOH and BOH
• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and Vanderpump brand standards
• Work closely with bartenders, support staff, and leadership to ensure smooth service
• Handle payment transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Keep your section polished, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel

What You Bring

• Previous serving experience in an upscale, high-energy restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine with a curiosity to keep learning
• A polished, professional presence and strong communication skills
• Confidence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• A team-first attitude you support your coworkers and lead by example
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
