Heavy Equipment Operator

Aerotek is hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for projects in environmental remediation, site development, and utilities. This is a full-time, steady opportunity working on active construction sites in North Brookfield, MA. This role requires compliance with a drug screen and history check. We are able to get candidates with a MA 2A1C started immediately. You will be operating large scale excavators, loaders, and dozers. This role will pay $35 - $45 an hour for certified candidates. An OSHA 40 is required for this position and if you don't have it we will pay for you to take it online.

Responsibilities

Operate excavators, dozers, and loaders
Perform excavation, grading, and site prep work
Support remediation and utility installation projects
Follow all safety standards and perform basic equipment checks

Requirements

MA Hoisting License (REQUIRED)
2+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
Experience with excavation and site development work preferred
Ability to work outdoors and on active job site

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Brookfield, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
