Polk County Now Hiring: Home Health Nurses (RNs & LPNs) 1:1 Pediatric Home Care

$25.00$35.00 per Hour (Based on Experience & Licensure)

12-Hour Shifts Available Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

Current Openings *Option to work 2 or 3 days per week

Days 7A-7P

Saturday
Sunday

Nights 7p-7a

What You'll Do

Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home

Monitor patient condition and follow individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and physician-ordered procedures

Qualifications

Active Florida RN or LPN License (Compact License Accepted)

Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience (Home Health preferred)

Pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred

Experience with G-Tubes, Tracheostomies, and Ventilator Care is highly desirable

Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills

Eligible to complete an AHCA Level 2 Background Screening

Florida Care Provider Background Screening Information (House Bill 531):
