ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Im starting my 20th year as an agent and my 33rd with State Farm. Over the years, Ive built an agency focused on strong relationships, continuous learning, and long-term success for both our customers and our team.

Im a graduate of University of Oregon (Go Ducks!) with a double major in Finance and Management, and I hold CPCU, ChFC, and CLU designations. I lead a team of six, and we pride ourselves on being a tight-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together.

Our office offers a 401(k), flexible work schedules for the right people, and a strong bonus program that rewards performance with both additional time off and significant earning potential. I also make it a priority to take care of the team - whether thats keeping drinks stocked or providing a weekly team lunch.

Ed Forster - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
