We generally base our salary decisions on factors including but not limited to, relevant work and leadership experience, education, demonstrated performance, internal equity, and in some cases, geographic location.Power Systems Engineer serves as the primary technical specialist for renewable asset operations, providing advanced troubleshooting, performance analysis, and technical leadership to ensure optimal system performance. This role combines deep technical expertise from field engineering, performance engineering with operational oversight to drive asset optimization. The Power Systems Engineer combines real time, remote troubleshooting, analysis and active resolution for Field and OCC teams.
