Overview
Physical Therapist (General) – Lodi, California, US. Start date 09/21/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range: $2,564–$2,723 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Day shift, 5x8 days, typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (approximately 08:00–16:30). Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital with inpatient and acute inpatient rehabilitation responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while aligning with department objectives.
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups, collaborating with other clinicians.
- Perform timely evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans; implement therapy interventions using standard protocols.
- Develop and communicate individualized care and discharge plans to patients and the care team.
- Complete comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
- Supervise assigned assistants and coordinate care to support patient progress through discharge.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if licensure was obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent.
- Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice: Required.
- At least two years of recent Physical Therapy experience: Preferred; minimum, as applicable per assignment notes.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification: Required.
- EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) experience: Required.
- Current nursing license in the state of assignment: Required.
- Weekend availability may be required; inpatient and acute rehab experience (ortho, neuro, ICU, acute rehab) preferred; no outpatient setting.
