Compensation & Benefits $17–20 per hour, depending on experience Health Insurance Retirement Plan Paid Time Off and Vacation Pay Professional Development Opportunities Available Departments Landscape Installation Crew Work alongside our installation team to help create high‑quality outdoor living spaces. Responsibilities may include site preparation, material handling, planting, grading, hardscape assistance, equipment operation, and general landscape installation tasks. Landscape Maintenance Crew Help maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, trimming, pruning, blowing, and other landscape maintenance duties while ensuring client properties remain clean and professional year‑round. General Responsibilities Safely operate landscape equipment and tools Work collaboratively with crew leaders and team members Perform assigned tasks with quality and attention to detail Maintain a positive and professional attitude on job sites Learn and develop landscaping skills using company software and systems Follow all safety procedures and company standards Ideal Qualifications & Skills Landscaping experience preferred, but not required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Team‑oriented mindset Knowledge of landscape equipment such as blowers, trimmers, and mowers is a plus Ability to perform physically demanding work Supervisory Responsibilities None Physical Demands This position requires prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Candidates must frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. Work Environment This role works primarily outdoors and includes exposure to: Heat, cold, humidity, rain, and changing weather conditions Loud equipment and machinery Dust, pollen, fertilizers, and other landscape‑related materials Uneven terrain, wet surfaces, and moving mechanical equipment Bees, insects, and other outdoor environmental conditions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
