Responsibilities

Fixed scheduling - Monday-Friday 7am-5pm

Knowledge CCC One preferred

Knowledge of DRP guidelines

Ability to write complete and accurate estimates

Good written & verbal skills

CDK Knowledge is a plus, but not required

File handling & AR management

Parts ordering

ICAR Certification & ASE Certification preferred, but not required

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Valid driver’s license and favorable driving record

2 years of experience in an automotive body shop is preferred, but not required

Positive attitude and enthusiastic individual with "Team Player" mentality

High energy and self motivated individual with the drive to succeed

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities

Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency

Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and manufacturer's specifications
