Our client is a fast-growing, global technology consulting & services company. The company provides digital solutions to business challenges in a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, higher education, the public sector, and manufacturing.
The company has an opening for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with enhanced tech services HR experience to join its growing team. The Sr. HRBP will:
- partner with internal business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the firm’s overall goals and objectives
- shape the HR function and make a significant impact on the organization's success
- be passionate about HR, committed to continuous learning and development, and ready to take on new challenges as the company expands its business.
Requirements:
- Degree
- Years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a HRBP role
- Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
