Job Details Location: Butterworth Hospital, 100 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids (Grand Rapids, MD) Employment Type: Full time Shift: Night (Monday through Friday, 9:00‑21:00) Responsibilities Prepare the surgical suite prior to procedures. Handle instruments intraoperatively and maintain the sterile field. Evaluate changing conditions during surgical procedures and respond appropriately. Maintain knowledge of surgical procedures and associated principles. May serve as a preceptor to new technologists. Requirements Required: Associate’s Degree in Surgical Technology or successful completion of an accredited school of surgical technology. American Hospital Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Preferred: Prior experience as a surgical technologist.
