Growth Marketing Lead

ATBS is seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing Lead to develop strategies that attract new clients, improve conversions and UX, and to strengthen client retention. This role will help drive company growth through boosting client acquisition and build stronger industry relationships. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Growth Marketing Lead will have the freedom to identify opportunities and lead strategies from concept through delivery. At ATBS, we support owner-operator truck drivers, the backbone of America. Our marketing team plays a critical role in telling that story, supporting growth, and ensuring our brand shows up polished, consistent, and professional across every channel. About Us Founded in 1998, ATBS is the trusted business partner for owner-operator truck drivers nationwide 14,000 recurring clients and growing 140 employees, 10 departments, 2 offices, 1 team Team-oriented and casual work environment Hands-on training and development through ATBS University About You 4+ years of marketing experience, with video production or video marketing skills Able to turn goals and requests into clear plans, deliverables, and next steps Creative, strategic, and comfortable developing engaging content across channels Data-driven, with a focus on testing, optimization, and measurable results, A/B testing Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects from idea through execution Clear communicator who collaborates well with leadership, Sales, internal teams, and external partners Experience marketing to niche or specialized audiences Familiarity with Salesforce, Account Engagement, GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Search Console Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
