Responsibilities: Direct RMF/ATO package development and sustainment. Oversee ACAS scanning and remediation. Lead Zero Trust implementation. Manage incident handling and COOP/DR cyber readiness. Core Competencies: Cybersecurity program management | Risk & vulnerability assessment | Compliance & accreditation | Incident response Requirements: Education: BA/BS with 8+ years (or 14 years in lieu of degree). Certifications: IAM Level II – CISSP or CISM required; CAP, CEH, or Security+ optional. Experience: 7+ years cybersecurity with 3+ years RMF/ATO leadership.
