Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into an impactful school-based opportunity supporting K-12 students for the upcoming academic year. ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for a school-based, contracted position near Fillmore, IN for the 26/27 school semester. This position offers the chance to provide high-quality speech-language therapy services across two welcoming school sites. You'll manage a dynamic caseload of 75-85 students and play a pivotal role in fostering communication skills crucial to each student’s growth.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Beginning July 31, 2026 and wrapping up at the close of the school year on May 31, 2027.
• Beyond direct therapy, those with CCC’s may have the chance to supervise SLPAs, broadening your professional impact.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Indiana DOE SLP licensure (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, especially if interested in SLPA supervision
• Experience with or a strong interest in serving a diverse K-12 caseload
• Familiarity with school-based evaluation, IEP development, and collaborative consultation
• Excellent communication skills with students, family members, and staff
• Commitment to evidence-based intervention and progress monitoring

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
• Complete thorough assessments and contribute to IEP planning and meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related services staff to support student progress
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school policies
• Potential SLPA supervision responsibilities (if CCC’s held)
