Occupational Therapist (OT) – Part-Time Sunrise Post Acute | Banning, CA Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping residents maximize their ability to perform daily activities and return to their highest level of function. Position Details Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) Status: Part-Time Location: Sunrise Post Acute, Banning, CA Pay Range: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour Responsibilities Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans. Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and established care plans. Assess functional abilities related to activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, cognition, and safety. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapy team members, residents, and families to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care planning. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, adaptive equipment, and home safety recommendations. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations and standards. Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings preferred. CPR certification preferred.
