RN Unit Manager

Facility: Azure Shores Rehabilitation Position: RN Unit Manager Location: Miami, FL Shift: Day Shift Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 per year Join Our Team! We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a registered nurse with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with the daily operations of the Nursing Department Supervise nursing staff and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and professional nursing standards Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and staff performance Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by regulatory agencies Address staff concerns and grievances, escalating issues to the Director of Nursing as appropriate Promote a collaborative, team-focused work environment Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursing home, rehabilitation center, or hospital setting Prior Unit Manager or supervisory experience preferred Strong leadership, decision‑making, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Compassion, patience, and understanding of resident needs Computer literacy required, including Microsoft programs Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical and Dental Insurance Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Plans Employee Recognition Programs Supportive, team-oriented work environment If you are passionate about compassionate care, leadership, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents, we encourage you to apply today and join the team at Azure Shores Rehabilitation . #J-18808-Ljbffr
