Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Assistant Project Manager with PILLAR, located in Metairie, LA. The Assistant Project Manager will support the planning, coordinating, and execution of construction projects. Responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, managing logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials, expediting tasks, performing inspections, and supporting the Project Manager in overseeing project timelines and budgets. This position demands strong organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Qualifications Experience in Project Management, including the ability to assist in managing timelines, budgets, and project deliverables Proven skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions, with a focus on maintaining project schedules Competence in Inspection processes and ensuring quality standards are met Knowledge of Logistics Management to oversee the delivery and handling of project materials Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration Proficiency in project management software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr PILLAR
