Director, Antiviral, Integrated Insights & Strategy (IIS)

Pfizer seeks a Director of Integrated Insights & Strategy to lead forecasting, performance analytics, and capability-building for its antiviral portfolio. The role focuses on developing long-range forecasts, managing brand KPIs, and advancing predictive analytics to support commercial decision-making across US and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and coordination of mid-term and long-range forecasts and operating plans for antiviral portfolio
- Create epidemiology and trend-based forecast models with documented assumptions; drive AI-powered forecasting integration
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess brand performance and marketing campaign effectiveness; recommend corrective actions
- Serve as strategic advisor to commercial teams on market dynamics, patient behavior, and investment decisions
- Integrate cross-functional insights from market research, data science, and performance analytics to advance analytics capabilities
Requirements
- BA/BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; MS, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years in forecasting, commercial analytics, consulting, finance, or market research
- 5+ years developing data-driven brand strategy and leading forecasts for major assets exceeding $1B
- Hands-on experience with epidemiology and trend-based forecast models, scenario planning, and performance tracking
- Expertise framing and executing forecasting solutions for complex business situations
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Experience with real-world data sources and AI-powered forecasting capabilities
