Overview

• 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full‑time W‑2 Class A CDL drivers in the Jacksonville, FL area. Candidates with limited or no prior professional driving experience are welcome and may qualify for a paid Class A training program.
• Opportunities are available in OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, with routes primarily east of I‑35. The company offers steady freight, reliable home time, late‑model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.

Training program (for candidates with limited or no experience)

• Paid three‑ to five‑week training for recent CDL school graduates who meet the minimum instruction requirement (at least 120 hours).
• Training covers safe tractor‑trailer operation, compliant ELD use, trip reporting, pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections, and company procedures.
• Progress is assessed through supervised driving and competency evaluations prior to solo assignments.

Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in accordance with DOT and company regulations.
• Haul primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) for customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned that are consistent with the position.

Qualifications and requirements

• Valid Class A CDL as required for assigned routes.
• Eligible candidates for paid training must have completed a minimum of 120 hours of CDL instruction at an accredited CDL school.
• Ability to comply with DOT regulations, company safety policies, and ELD requirements.
• Professional communication skills and ability to interact with dispatch and customers.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job, including vehicle inspections and safe operation of a tractor‑trailer.

• Positions are based in Jacksonville, Florida, with operations primarily serving the Eastern United States (routes generally east of I‑35).
