Head Cook Position Category: Staff Hours Per Week: 30 Months Per Year: 9 Pay Grade: N22 FLSA: Non-Exempt Duties and Responsibilities: Preparing meals for children in the Melba S. Lehner Children's School. Meet all requirements for the Utah State Food Program. Requires weekly grocery shopping and occasional shopping for other supplies as needed. Weekly record keeping and paperwork. Maintain Department of Health Standards. Attend annual State Food Program training. Required Qualifications: State of Utah Food Handlers Permit is required. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working within a facility kitchen is preferred.
