Associate - Liability Management (Junior) Minimum Experience: 2–3 years. Department: Corporate Practice Group, Liability Management. Overview We are looking for highly motivated associates to join our industry‑leading Liability Management team. Candidates who have worked primarily in traditional finance, high‑yield capital markets, or restructuring are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Conduct detailed structural analysis of existing capital structures with senior lawyers to identify liability management opportunities. Advise clients on strategic alternatives and manage execution risk. Draft, analyze, and negotiate transaction support agreements, credit agreements, indentures, intercreditor arrangements, and related documents. Manage junior associates and support their professional development. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in traditional finance, high‑yield capital markets, or restructuring. Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and client‑service skills. Salary & Benefits Associate Base Salary: $225,000–$260,000. Discretionary bonuses may be available depending on application circumstances and position.
