Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.Job Type: Full TimeShift(s) Available: 1st ShiftCompensation: $29.00 /hrBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug InsuranceHealth and Wellness IncentivesPaid Vacation and Holidays401(k) with Cargill matching contributionsFlexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)Short-Term Disability and Life InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Tuition ReimbursementEmployee DiscountsPrincipal Accountabilities:Supporting maintenance activities by managing an organized storeroom and verifying quantity and quality of equipment, tools, and partsReceiving, logging, controlling, and auditing inventory to ensure that equipment, tools, and parts are readily availablePursuing continuous improvement of storeroom processesSAP maintenance subject matter expert to support maintenance activitiesAssembling and distributing job kits as directedInteracting regularly with peers, management, and contractors/vendors to promote a teamwork focused and safe environmentComprehending schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manualsOperating mobile equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, scissor lift, etcUnderstanding and adhering to all safety policies and proceduresAssisting with contractor safety/vendor/accounts payableMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experienceAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust have strong organizational skillsMust be able to prioritize tasks and follow up skillsAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, emergency or planned routine maintenance, or different shifts with advance noticeA minimum of one year of SAP experienceA minimum of 3 years of experience in a plant environmentBasic computer experience, including proficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:Experience operating a forklift and/or similar equipmentExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAPExperience with maintenance job kittingExperience in preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, and trouble shooting in a production environmentAble to read and interpret schematics (electrical, electronic, pneumatic and mechanical) and technical documents (safety, operating, troubleshooting and maintenance manuals) to determine methods and sequence of assemblyKnowledge of environmental compliance procedures, practices and regulationsConsidered candidates will receive a phone call from a (952) area code.
