Based out of Griswold, you'll operate and support modern application equipment and keep operations running safely and smoothly during the season. Key responsibilities include: Run and monitor application equipment (including John Deere sprayers/spreaders) Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily pre/post-operation checks Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety and stewardship practices Work closely with teammates and serve customers with a can-do, professional attitude What you'll bring: Mechanical aptitude and comfort working outdoors Valid driver's license (CDL training/endorsements provided) Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and teamwork/customer service skillsRewards That Matter- Paid, in-house training and certification for DOT License and Endorsements for a Class A CDL - 100% company funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus a 401k company match - Medical, Dental, Vision, life insurance and more - Paid time off, sick pay and paid holidays - Recognition and pay incentives for good job performanceIf you're ready to build real skills and make a visible impact, apply today.
