Consulting Director, Manufacturing SCM

- Collaborate with Huron and client senior leaders to architect and implement enterprise technology solutions
- Provide client engagement delivery oversight, team leadership, and program management
- Construct enduring relationships that benefit the firm
- Contribute to the growth and success of clients and Huron through expertise and intuition
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting or advisory roles
- Proven track record leading large, complex Oracle Cloud transformations
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud SCM
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end delivery
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives
- Experience managing large, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to develop and mentor team members
- Thought leadership demonstrated through client impact or internal innovation
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience required
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
