- Support workforce management activities including onboarding coordination, certification tracking, and adherence to DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140.03 baseline requirements.
- Implement ITSM process improvements aligned with ITIL and Army
- Maintain clear and timely communication with government leadership, internal program staff, and subcontractor partners on all operational matters.

- Proven ability to manage shift scheduling, 24/7/365 on-call rosters, and resource assignments across geographically distributed teams.
- Experience consolidating operational metrics and preparing reports for government leadership and contract status reporting.
- DoD 8570.01-M / DoD 8140 Baseline Certification: Minimum IAT Level II (e.g., CompTIA Security+ CE, CySA+, or CCNA-Security).
