Job Summary:

Mariner Sands Country Club is seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen.

- Assist in the preparation of food items as needed.

- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with health and safety regulations.

- Support kitchen staff by providing clean dishes and utensils in a timely manner.

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment preferred.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
