Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN)

RN Supervisor - Weekend Every other weekend for 7am-3pm, 3pm-11, 11pm-7am shift. Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful difference? Qualifications & Responsibilities: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Active, unencumbered New Jersey RN license At least 1 year of long‑term care or subacute experience; supervisor experience preferred Supervise and support nursing staff during your assigned shift Oversee medication administration, blood draws, and other clinical duties Conduct regular nursing rounds and ensure high standards of resident care Educate staff, residents, and families as needed Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines Perform other duties as assigned by nursing leadership What We Offer: Schedule: Per Diem!
