About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their dynamic team. The CFO will be a key advisor to executive leadership, overseeing finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and human resources. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's strategic priorities, including financial infrastructure and reporting modernization, ERP evaluation and implementation, forecasting and business planning, HR transformation, banking and capital strategy, and organizational scalability. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance leader with a strong background in middle-market environments, capable of leading change, developing talent, and improving organizational performance. They should be adept at building strong relationships, communicating effectively, and turning challenges into actionable plans. Candidates for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA strongly preferred, and 8-12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience. Key qualifications include a proven track record in financial modeling, planning, and analysis, as well as experience in managing banking relationships and credit facilities. The successful candidate will be adept at change management, with a collaborative leadership style, and will be expected to have a hands-on approach to the role. Desired experience includes a background in compliance-intensive industries and familiarity with financial environments such as HITRUST, SOC 2, and PCI. The CFO will be instrumental in the company's growth and must be prepared to make a visible impact on its direction and success.
