Responds and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently and informs guests of hotel services, features and room amenities. Excellent guest relations skills. Excellent verbal communication skills with guests and co-workers. Detail-oriented, team player. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
