It involves developing product positioning, messaging, and content to support sales channels and inform customers. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging customer insights to create effective marketing materials. Success is measured by the impact on sales pipeline growth, customer engagement, and competitive positioning. The work directly influences organizational revenue and customer satisfaction by enabling informed purchasing decisions.Job Responsibilities:

• Develop product positioning and messaging to increase sales pipeline and resonate with target audiences
• Create product collateral including data sheets, technical briefs, and presentations to support revenue generation
• Enable sales teams and partners by producing sales tools and training materials that improve product understanding
• Deliver webinars and training sessions to educate both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analyze market and buyer insights to inform campaign strategies and competitive positioning
• Monitor product performance and customer adoption to provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required)
• 5+ years' experience delivering successful, holistic product marketing content and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue (Required)

The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
