Overview We are looking for a results-driven Manager, Data Science and Analytics to drive end-to-end analytics initiatives and implement scalable solutions that drive business impact. This role requires a foundation in online media measurement and creative analyses. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional team members. This is a hybrid schedule requiring of 4 days/week on average in office. Responsibilities Drive performance measurement of online media, both pre- and post-click Collect data from various sources and analyze performance metrics. Create reporting with a clear narrative based on supporting data, complete with recommendations for optimization. Present findings to internal and external stakeholders. Understands Razorfish data capabilities and how data fits into a client's overall strategy Able to drive cross-capability projects and build close relationships with other disciplines Able to identify appropriate SME to leverage when needed Communication Skills Considered a compelling, organized, and energetic presenter Comfortable presenting to client leadership Uses clear, concise writing to communicate a compelling story, backed by data Able to synthesize complex analytical findings articulately and concisely Client Engagement Seen as a key client partner by clients Helps clients see beyond current projects to longer-term opportunities Displays professional, articulate, and mature presence in all aspects of client relationship building Understands how to document and respond to client feedback and recognizes when to elevate issues or push back on a client Understands and articulates client strategy Sensitive to client needs and concerns and acts in the clients' best interest Tools & Techniques Google Campaign Manager 360 (or an equivalent) Meta Ads Manager Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics Tableau and/or advanced Microsoft Excel Analytics Data Analysis Hands-on data transformation and analysesInsight Generation Creating a clear narrative, with recommendations for creative optimizations, backed by data PresentationPresenting reports with insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders Qualifications 4+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or related roles Proven experience with site analytic tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc. Fluency with online media infrastructure (campaigns, placements, ads, etc.) through Google Campaign Manager 360, including pre- and post-click analyses. Strong data organization, with experience working with complex data taxonomies Experience with data transformation through Tableau and/or Microsoft Excel. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
