Ideal Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure allowing practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students reach their communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to foster a supportive learning environment
• Maintain accurate documentation adhering to federal, state, and school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning
• Provide direct therapy, monitor student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
