Licensed Clinician – Behavioral Health

Location: Roxboro, NC
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $50,000–$65,000/year (DOE)

Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinician to provide outpatient mental health and substance use services using evidence-based, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Conduct assessments, intakes, and clinical evaluations.
• Develop and update person-centered treatment plans.
• Facilitate psychoeducation and relapse-prevention groups.
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and community agencies.
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in treatment teams, training, and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina license: LCSW/LCSW-A, LCMHC/LCMHC-A, LCAS/LCAS-A, or LMFT/LMFT-A .
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• Behavioral health and/or substance use treatment experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Outpatient behavioral health or substance use experience.
• Familiarity with Medicaid documentation and compliance.
• Crisis intervention experience.
• Individual, family, and group counseling experience.
