DescriptionParamark Corp is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in Fort Dodge, IA, as a part-time Janitorial Technician. You embody our corporate values: being customer-focused, maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating a great work ethic, showing dedication, and being a team player.Responsibilities As a Janitorial Technician, you will oversee daily tasks such as:Complete cleaning requests or tasksWalk the grounds daily to ensure all litter is removed and that the outside of the building and grounds are well-maintained.Daily inspection of common areas to ensure a clean, orderly appearance: vacuum, dust, clean surfaces, common bathrooms, kitchen, elevator, windows, doors, etc.Communicate regularly with the manager on the progress of work each day.Work with the manager to purchase supplies as needed.Show respect for all residents at all times.Thoroughly clean empty apartments as soon as the Manager communicates the work that needs to be done in a timely manner.Required to perform job duties in a safe manner that is compliant with all Paramark and OSHA safety requirements. Additional Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly:WalkingStandingClimbing and balancingReachingKneelingLifting up to 50 pounds, repeatedlyBendingCrouchingCrawlingCommunicating clearlyListening activelyExposed to various dirt, dust, and chemicalsWe're excited to learn more about you!
