Field Service Technician (FSR3)

**JDC Power Systems, LLC**, is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician (FSR3) to support our customers' field operations. In this hands-on role, you will troubleshoot, maintain, and service electrical systems, industrial controls, and related equipment at client sites. You’ll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of power systems and delivering high-quality service, with a focus on resolving technical issues and supporting customers with their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience in electrical systems.Key ResponsibilitiesField Service Support:Perform on-site troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, LV/MV switchgear, and PLC controls.Conduct system diagnostics and address technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and efficient system operation.Support system startups and commissioning, ensuring systems are operational and meet customer specifications.Customer Interaction & Support:Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service visits, resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.Provide basic training to customers on system operation and basic maintenance.Document service activities, including providing test reports and feedback on system performance.Operational Efficiency:Maintain accurate records of time tracking, service work, and inventory on-site.Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely and effective service delivery.Utilize remote troubleshooting tools when applicable to resolve issues quickly and reduce downtime.Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure all work adheres to company safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and industry standards.Participate in safety training sessions and maintain relevant safety certifications.****QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent required;
