As a Collision Repair Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition following OEM procedures, I-CAR standards, and industry best practices. This position is ideal for experienced auto body professionals seeking stability, strong earning potential, and a Monday–Friday work schedule.

Compensation: $50,000 – $160,000+ per year (experience, production, and certifications determine earning potential)

Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends

Responsibilities

Perform collision repairs including panel replacement, metalwork, structural repair, and welding

Complete frame straightening, body alignment, and structural corrections

Restore vehicles to OEM specifications using proper repair methods and I-CAR procedures

Read and interpret repair orders and damage estimates with minimal supervision

Utilize body shop equipment including welders, sanders, grinders, pullers, and diagnostic tools

Conduct quality control inspections to ensure accuracy, safety, appearance, and proper fitment

Collaborate with estimators, painters, and fellow technicians to maintain workflow and efficiency

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with shop policies

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Full-time, day shift

No weekends required

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Must provide personal tools

Previous experience as a Collision Repair Technician, Auto Body Technician, or Body Shop Technician strongly preferred

Welding, I-CAR certifications, and frame repair experience are a plus

Ability to read repair orders and follow OEM repair procedures
