Key Responsibilities of the Scrub Tech - OR - Operating Room

• Assist in procedures involving orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, and robotics.
• Support neurospine operations requiring advanced skills.
• Prepare and manage equipment like the DaVinci Robot and hysteroscopy pump.
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio ensuring optimal care in the OR environment.

Requirements of the Scrub Tech - OR - Operating Room

• Experience with orthopedics, total joints, general surgery, robotics, and urology.
• Must possess ACLS certification for RNs.
• Strongly preferred: neuro experience for call coverage needs.
