Other related duties as assigned.1. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.2. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.3. Controls traffic by directing drivers.4. Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.5. Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.6. Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.7. Respond to alarms, emergencies and requests for service.8. Will perform other duties as required.**Qualifications:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.**Mathematical Skills:**Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.**Reasoning Ability:**Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.**Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:**Missouri class E or Arkansas P designated driver's license and a safe driving record is required.**Other Skills and Abilities:**Ability to work well with a team, to prioritize, a sense of urgency and a real concern for guest satisfaction.**Physical Demands:**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
