• Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment.
• Assist the surgeon during surgical procedures by passing instruments and supplies.
• Ensure surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and functioning properly.
• Maintain sterile technique and adhere to infection control standards.
• Support the surgical team before, during, and after procedures.
• Assist with patient positioning, preparation, and operating room setup.
• Perform instrument counts and help ensure patient safety throughout the procedure.
