We're looking for full-time and part-time CRNAs who thrive on precision, teamwork, and purpose. The CRNA provides continuous anesthesia assessment, implementation and evaluation of patient care, under the direction of a physician. • Expert care in high-acuity head and neck cases, difficult airways, and skull base surgeries
• Anesthesia for vision-saving eye procedures and fragile pediatric patients, including NICU and PICU

What You'll Do

• Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries
• Manage high-risk airways and unique anatomy with confidence
• Collaborate with expert surgical and perioperative teams
• Contribute to education and innovation, if desired

If you're ready to practice at the leading edge of anesthesiology-in a place where precision meets purpose-we'd love to hear from you. Required: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and School of Nurse Anesthesia. Current Massachusetts RN license. Certification or re-certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist. Current Massachusetts Board of Nursing Expanded Role Certification. Good oral and written communication skills and leadership qualities.
