Facilities Director

Facilities Director

The Facilities Director is responsible for the physical health, cleanliness, maintenance, appearance, and functionality of the restaurant and its surrounding property. This role ensures that the restaurant is a place where Team Members can work safely and efficiently and guests can experience a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment. The Facilities Director owns preventative maintenance, equipment and building repairs (including scheduling and executing 3rd Party vendors visits), cleanliness systems, exterior appearance, and the long-term stewardship of the restaurant's physical assets.

This role is also expected to remain connected to restaurant operations by serving alongside the team during peak periods.
