What You'll Bring to Our Community: A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) with relevant experience will also be considered. MUST HAVE previous experience in LTC/SNF setting Current and valid Social Work licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana preferred, not required A deep passion for working with the senior population and a strong understanding of their unique needs. Excellent assessment, crisis intervention, and counseling skills. Strong knowledge of community resources and advocacy. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
