Quality Control Inspector

Senior Injection Molding Technician We are currently seeking an experienced injection molding (plastic) process technician. Qualified candidate will have minimum 10 years experience in a high volume injection molding setting. Specialized experience in mold validation (DOE, Hi/Lo, IQ/OQ/PQ, FMEA, and Process Monitoring) is required. Qualified candidate will have extensive interaction with project management teams, engineering departments, and senior management. Candidate must be physically able and skilled to configure, set-up, and process molds for machine tonnage ranging from 20T to 750T. Operator We are currently taking applications for all shifts. An ideal candidate for an operator position will have some experience with handling and packaging plastic parts, as well as be able to stand and work in a fast pace environment. Pay starts at $12.00/hr and up depending on experience and shift. 1st Shift – Monday – Friday 8am-4pm 2nd Shift – Monday – Friday 4:00pm-12:00am 3rd Shift – Monday – Friday 12am-8:00am 4th Shift – Friday- Sunday 12:00pm-12:00am 5th Shift – Saturday- Monday 12:00am-12:00pm Quality Control Inspector We are currently taking applications for experienced quality control inspectors. Best candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience using a CMM, optical comparator, calipers, and pin gauges. Experience with MS Excel, MS Access, ISO 9001, and clean rooms are a plus.
